I pass by a manicured suburban vest-pocket park several times a week. I never noticed anyone in it as I drove by, not even kids in the playground. So I started actively scanning as I passed to see if there was anyone in it or there there were any signs of use at all....... Nothing, not even footprints on the lawn or a scrap of litter.
