Yeah, C-Record pretty much just broke me forever for aesthetic considerations... I've seen more clever components, and certainly lighter or more functional components. But nothing as dead sexy...

The F32 isn't available in the states to distributors. Not enough interest so FPT never got it certed. I believe it came in under another name but I can't find it.
I can get you one of these
Just so everyone knows, Mitsubishi used to build the small Cats, but they lost that contract last year, now FPT will be building small Cats.
We rep both Mitsubishi and FPT. We have BMW and Toyota Diesels through some of the Yanmar lineup we rep.

That was the mid-school era. Everything was heavy and beefy! 5/16ths drop outs, thick double butted tubing.
S&M Bikes. . . always got a kick out of the sketchy inuendo in their marketing. . .
For instance, S&M's patented heat treatment for Pitchforks was "4Q" baked! (say "4Q" three times, fast!)
The HAF,as in "Heavy as Berk" (later metalugical advancements would lead to the "LAF" and "LTF"
Their first extended toptube racebike frame was called a "Holmes"
"Prince Albert" cranks, "Long Johnson" seatposts, etc.
