I'm just barely old enough to remember, but I remember this one too. I remember it having a very distinct engine sound effect too, maybe a Diesel V12? (the sound effect used, not what show said it had)

Flooding earlier this month in lower Mississippi. The larger lake is Ross Barnett Reservoir.
