I feel bad since I actually got this call:
My favorite was the person who acknowledged that she couldn't log in because her keyboard was unplugged, that the rectangular plug fit into the rectangular hole, and then refused to plug it in because "itisn'tmyjobsendatechnowIcan'twork!" The director of IT visited her office personally.
That was followed very closely by the woman who said "Microsoft is the devil, they're stealing my search dollars, and it's all your fault." Windows Update upgraded Internet Explorer, which got rid of some hideous toolbar which donated money to charity. I still don't know why this was my fault but I got it back, convinced her to try Firefox, and then convinced her to not uninstall Internet Explorer.
Today I had a woman call asking if our internet service was down because she couldn't turn on her computer. I fix these peoples computers.
