I don't think it's a party, I think all of those cars 'live' there. a couple of them seemed to be mid-project, and thus immobile. I'm quite jealous of the guy's parking lot sized driveway, too, though he did have a couple of them parked on the road. I only identified half of them or so. I'm no good with european cars or ones prior to the 60's
