I worked for an electrical contractor years ago that had one female apprentice. She was on a high profile project so every time a photographer or the news showed up they'd put her out front and centre.She started having fun with it. Well, either you bump a rock, or bump a log... I used to go through two or three rear derailleurs a month.
I see that they've dispensed with the theory of the replaceable derailleur bracket. Nobody ever stocked them, and the derailleurs always bent/broke before the little bracket did anyway.
