Maybe... but that's also a known "mutation." I have it. In addition to having two eyes of a different color (complete Heterochromia), there's multiple colors present in one/each eye. Heterochromia iridum is the name. Looks like she's got the central variant in the left eye, sectoral in the right.
I have the central variant in both, light sectoral in one.
My poor niece has celiac disease and is extremely sensitive. Wash your hands on entering the home so you don't bring gluten in sensitive. Not "ooh, I have a bit of gas, I must be gluten intolerant", the whole shebang of mood change, bowel issues, pain, etc. Poor kid.
This whole "gluten intolerant" fad is, counterintuitively, a bad thing because restaurants will appease 96% of the "gluten intolerant" folks by simply saying something is gluten-free. Folks like my dad, who has celiac but can be in the same room as gluten, are then screwed when they're served something that either was never gluten-free, or has been handled in such a way that it's now contaminated. Not sure if my niece will ever get to dine in a "normal" restaurant
