Not so much sarcasm as teasing. I've never seen the building in person either, but it's a pretty distinctive piece of architecture.

I'll buy that ... sarcasm wasn't the right word ... teasing is much more appropriate

but I can honestly say, I've never even seen pictures of this before it was posted up here
