Some rides around my apartment...

Mercedes Benz Focus.

the Answer

Nice RX-8

El Mullet-o

Cayman and Carrera with a HR-Z that thinks it can separate their love.

One of the nicest M3s I have seen in a long time.

There is also a RS5 and a yellow NSX but I didn't see either in the garage tonight. (I have only seen the NSX once so it may have just been visiting.)

Any guesses (I know the answer)

C7. Shape and mail-slot hood scoop give it away.

There are a TON of them around here. Oddly enough, their proliferation coincided with the de-proliferation of Panameras.

Not unique to this picture, but something I have always wondered about blowers:

When running, the blower will be full of compressed, oxygenated fuel. In the event of an engine backfire through the intake side, what keeps the blower from becoming shrapnel?

I would argue that port FI would be a good thing when running a blower.

Rich Hall had a perfect sniglet for papering the back of your car with pretentious bumper stickers, but I can't remember it, and my Google fu has failed me on numerous occasions.
