I actually really like that.
So let me get this straight you believe these cops get out of their car with their body cameras on, pop the hood of their car, turn their back to the driver & vehicle they have pulled over to prop the hood up? Then they go do some mean stuff to a soccer mom with the body camera mounted on them?
In your world is the body camera on or off? On, why would they bother blocking vehicle's camera. Off, that is asking for a world of hurt with IA if the guy gets a complaint. If they are doing something stupid they'd get weeded out pretty quick and rightfully so.
Did you check and see if the police in question have any complaints during the time this happened?

He just posted a meme someone made that is wrong on all accounts. Because, even if the police raised their hoods to block the dashcams, neither of the cars has a good line of sight on that minivan, especially the suburban. Looks like they are positioned more to block the street or store front instead of conducting a traffic stop. I'm sure they are just putting the hoods up to reduce the underhood temps. In Florida, they do it all the time if they will be sitting around for a long time.
Unfortunately, not all police departments are using bodycams, and some are actively fighting against it. Which is sad in my opinion.
I love the wing on that BMW. Adding a small spoiler to the top of the rear window would also be kind of neat. That wheel/tire combination just looks a bit too big to me.

If those wheels were 15s.... awsum. As it sits, it looks like one of those silly SPAX suspension ads. A caricature.
Then again, the Mercedes-Cosworth was kind of a caricature to begin with.
I know, but once you start to make a serious wing and flare collection, the tendency is to take it as far as you can.
