Google reverse search tells me this photo is from 1948. I checked because I thought she might be listening to one of these, but they didn't come out until 1954,

I'm assuming that is a 'shop. There's no way for the rear doors to open.
Real crew-cab trucks from that era re-used front door hardware for the rears, making for a really REALLY ugly B-pillar.

The tops of the doors would have to swing into the cab since they extend significantly forward of the hinges.
