Looks like there's debris in the tire and someone just kept hammering on weights without thinking about what they were doing...
In reply to Knurled. :
My guess is he was putting weight 180 degrees off. Most of the weights have one directly opposite.
In reply to Streetwiseguy :
That would just result in putting more and more weight across from where it was needed.
If there's something in the tire, like something that punched through and was plug patched, or maybe a TPMS sensor that broke off due to hamfisted tire installation, the point of imbalance is going to change every time you spin up the machine. Spin the machine, it wants an ounce *here*. Spin again, it wants .75 *there*. Spin again, it wants 1.50 *over there*. Never the same place or same value twice.
I actually just used that image to show a new hire what NOT to do... and if you get a tire that wants weight on the Ouija Board Principle, shake the tire and listen for debris inside. Then dismount it and remove the trash and try again.

200-4R or 700-R4 plus manual valve body plus ratchet shifter. You could do that way cheaper than $2400.
Or, if you like Fords, you can do some of the electronic Ford transmissions with MegaShift, which has a manual shift option. Manual shifting an electronic trans is never as fast as a manually shifted hydraulic trans, though.
Saw this car six years ago at a Lime Rock show, really thought hot pepper flame jobs would take off.

I'll have to look into those. Thanks!

That it didn't may be related to the Mexican/Central American (?) slang use of "el chile" to refer to a certain body part.
Unrelated:
