Yeah, I was in elementary school during the Cuban Missile Crisis, close to one of the Air Force bases here in Florida.

"Duck and Cover" Scary time.

Didn't help in my uncle's case. He was on a Navy ship at one of the Pacific test sites. He had his hands over his eyes, could still see the bones of the hands. 

Health problems for the rest of his life.

I think adjusted for inflation that is actually cheaper than the real Voltron was.
