Nice boat. That's a really deep V to push with a 115, especially carrying the weight of a kicker on the bracket, but I guess it gets it done.
Unrelated, here's another Datsun from Daytona last weekend.
Ursa Minor makes a popup conversion for the Transit Connect. The barebones popup is $6750 (plus a $450 installation charge and possibly taxes as well depending on which facility the conversion is done at).
I paid $8000 for my van. It sucks being poor
At today's autocross. The Lamborghini did not compete. Someone drove it in and parked it during the middle of the morning.
The Porsche on the other hand...
First generation fit, the owner is a large animal vet and practices out of it during the week. Sorry about my thumb, the sun was really bright and I couldn't see the image when I took it.

It's my dad's boat. He started work on it in 1989. It took 20 years to complete. It has been in the water for 10 years now. He originally had a 300hp motor for it, but it sat in the crate for several years before he sold it. The center console has room for a portable crapper in it.
Pic only mostly unrelated.

Not only that, but that weld has to have very poor penetration. If there was some good heat in the weld, the edge of the piece on the left would have melted away where the weld bead started to cross it.
Dangit, welding isn't about laying a bead, it's about melting two pieces of metal together (three if you count the filler metal).
