I have no back story to this picture, is it even possible?
That's a soft side van so it is probably 3500-4000 pounds empty. The trailer is probably 2000-3000 pounds. So call it 5500-6500 pounds. A lot of those little SUVs have towing capacities in the 7000 pound range. I'd say yes. Possible. I wouldn't want to drive it above 25 mph.
Edit: Since that looks like a European picture, I used European numbers and Peugeot chassis weights. A Ford Transit chassis is a good bit heavier. That would push the weights up by 750-1000 pounds.

There's got to be an easier way to check how much fuel it's got.
Isn't that a cow inseminator? Bovine prostate exam?
Indeed, OB Glove, palpation, artificial insemination, used for various activities on the south end of a northbound bovine.
Yeah, I can confirm that, 100%.
I grew up on a 400+ acre beef cattle and hay farm, predominantly, big bodied Simmentals. We were DIY veterinarians 85% of the time, and got into A.I. in the late '80s. I worked (interned) on a farm in upstate NY in the early oughts, that had some $$$ progeny, Belted Galloway, pasture ornaments, and were doing embryo transfer, with some Angus-cross momma cows as surrogates. Ample experience.

I mean, a gas compensator is a gas compensator, right?
Unrelated: Sweden makes really cool airplanes.
