I will have to pass this onto Bob's grandson and Al's son.

That house is 15 miles from my house. We were watching the news that was tracking the storm to make sure it wouldn't turn north and come our way.
The house was moved at about 230-240 in the morning. There were people renting / living there but they were not home at the time. Three people in Upson county died in that storm.
The house was mostly intact when it was in the road but is was completely destroyed when the stat DOT moved it off the road.

No, no, no…the first number in the Fibonacci sequence is 0. What Luddite doesn’t get that we’re summating the preceding two INTEGERS In the sequence to derive the next number. Anyone smart enough to eek out a “C” in third grade math knows that zero is an integer therefore, the Fibonacci sequence begins with ZERO.
Rant aside, my youngest daughter Hannah was born on November 23rd (1123) and I do see her as a legitimate Fibonacci baby but admittedly, January 12th would have conformed to CORRECT math better.
Carry on.

Here is a photo of Walt Hansgen at the same Vineland event as the Bob Holbert pic. They were instructors. Walt and my father were buddies through NNJR-SCCA. Age 8 I got to ride in Walt's pre-production XKE, first in Walt's lap, then more impressively in my father's lap while Walt drove. Roxiticus Rd., Mendham NJ.
You are very fortunate to have known this man, and to have ridden with him in a Jaguar, no less. He was a consummate Jaguar man. He was a great person, great family man, great business man, and a great racer. One of the best of his era, based on his record and what I've read by numerous authors. Walt was a great diplomat for American road racing in the international arena. We hear so much about the great American road racers: Phil Hill, Dan Gurney, Mario Andretti, Foyt, and others. We don't hear that much about Walt. He deserves better, because he is in that same category. He gave his life to his dedication to the sport and his employer, because that's the person Walt was. So, cheers to you for your good fortune as a child. I can't imagine better car-related memories from childhood. Cheers!
One of my favorite photos of Walt, 1960, at an SCCA event at the Cumberland, MD, airport circuit driving the Birdcage Maserati for Briggs Cunningham (he won):

Not sure on the filter housing, but it almost looks like that is a really rough railroad grade crossing and it snagged on that rail and ripped off.
