Why wait? I was at the $2004 Challenge and (sorry I don't recall his name) built a pretty nice Shogun for under $2k. There have been others. The one below is not the one I saw, but go rob your sock drawer and hit CList & swap meets.
Just a couple of kids with their first Lemons car. We ran it for 13 events. I hope they have as much fun with it.
Just gonna leave this right here. Not because of what he did in his prime, but of what he did later in life beating his demons again and again.

Who? I would say Sir Mix a Lot because of his history of 80's tuner car ownership-but he probably already has a collection.
