Can we please stop hotlinking pics?

It is 50F.  Went to Batcave and saw this little guy crawling around.

It sort of slowly bumped into one of my boots then staggered off in a different direction.

Scooped it up in a piece of paper and took it outside, and as soon as it saw the (weak, fading) sunlight it started flapping its wings but couldn't take off. So I set into the bushes and let it do whatever its thing is.

It's better than Boomer Mod 'Vette. You know, stick-on flash-chromed plastic on everything, fuzzy dice on the mirror, crying doll riding around in the passenger seat, vanity plate that the owner thinks is clever but is really eye-rollingly played out. Stance'Vette probably gets driven more too. Although someone pointed out it looks like the PPG paint display models and I can't unsee it.

And it's more refreshing because it's unique. I can't swing a dead cat without hitting a Bommer Mod Corvette. I've never seen a Stance'Vette. I wholly approve of the big Drift 'Vette movement

Somehow the Vehicross front end is an improvement on the Bugatti Chiron.

How did he get into the parking lot? plywood and 2x4's ??

Dont forget to check your smokers. I had to use the fire extinguisher. I had checked it about an hour earlier. I think the catch pan might have been more liquid grease than water and didnt put the smoker pucks out. Or there was a build up on the drip funnel pan above it and that caught fire. Or both.

Edit: looking at this photo again it looks the worst burnt just above the lower pork butt.

Either way it smelled good until it smelled of burnt plastic.

 Dear Bob. When I read your first line and looked at the picture I thought this was going to be a PSA about checking for sleeping cats before starting it up.
