There has to be shenanigans. An RX-3 is about ten inches or so narrower than an RX-8, and that grille opening looks more Mazda 6 sized than RX-3.

Nope, just the Spirit Halloween at what was until about 4 months ago a CVS. They were there for over an hour on Saturday, I'll check again this weekend to see if they're back.

Apparently, you can buy kits to do this sort of conversion.....here's an RX-7 version...

I think it works better on the RX-8. Squaring the front of the FD creates a mismatch with the more round rear.
