It's from a video to show the truck spinning it's tires, likely intended to show what a horrible truck it is.
It also appears to not have snow tires on it.
Again, anything even remotely related to the person related to this vehicle, should always be looked at with a large amount of suspicion.

The whole haters / fanbois thing surrounding that particular person and company is just epically tedious at this point.
Both sides are totally full of E36 M3 and willing to say or do anything to attack or defend their preconceived notions.
And ugly is in the mind of the beholder. If it was a good, solid vehicle I'd drive a Cybertruck in a heartbeat. I think they look awesome.

Ah, yes, the CYBERSTUCK.
That said, Tesla has done more to electrify the roadways than most other companies.
The design has caused more buzz than other entire brands have in years. Even if the truck flops, 97% of the internet-using public knows which manufacturer made it. Marketing win.
