[tinfoil hat] Are you kidding? That's how Bill Gates will outdo the ghost of Steve Jobs; he will collect all that info and turn it over to the gubmint. So if anything gets fixed he can't collect any more data. [/tinfoil hat]

Yes, but you have to wait until Windows 37 comes out in 2019. Until then, there will be 4697 updates. Good luck!

Seriously unless you're so computer-illiterate that you have things unplugged that should be plugged in, the built-in Windows help is 100% useless.

I guess I knew the answer. I just wish it would stop berkeleying teasing me like it wants to help. I just lost 6 hours of CAD work.

Sorry to answer a question with a question, but did OJ ever find the real killers?

If your file got corrupted in a crash that's not your fault, but if you just didn't save for 6 hours it is.

I dunno guys. The computer here at the shop had a habit of dropping from the wireless network every hour or so until I clicked the "Look for a solution?" button. I walked away and it rebooted a short while later and hasn't dropped the connection since. Been a few weeks now.

Possibly downloaded and installed updated wifi drivers.

It did find a solution. It found a way to make you stop asking it to perform functions and just stare at the screen by simply asking you if you want it to find a solution.

I swear that microsoft turns the average user into a programmer. At least apple has subjagated the role as the new evil computer company. I love how they sell an anticorporate image, pure brilliance.

That's true. I've always marveled at it, too.
