Come across this on my social feeds. I'm no musician, but playing guitar and drums at the same time you are singing seems pretty difficult.

I think this is what happens when your artistic vision doesn't line up with anyone else.
Pretty impressive.
No drums per se, but rhythm plus lead plus bass plus some percussive elements on one instrument = Stanley Jordan
Wow that's pretty crazy. Can't say I've ever seen that before. Looks like he's working some loop peddles too.
Allow me to introduce you to BBQ AKA Mark Sultan. He has been doing this all over the world for decades now.
Different technique. He puts a tambourine on his bass drum foot and operates the snare with the other. We had a local blues guy doing a similar thing a while back. He had a huge marching band bass drum that just looked amazing in front of him.
I will admit I spent a good 6 months trying to learn the basics with a cocktail kit bass/snare combo.
I set a tambourine on the top snare head and when I kicked the bass it would make the tambourine jump so I got a little snare and cymbal add. That part sounded great, me trying to do it with any rhythm while playing guitar was a disaster.
Jen Ledger, not full time lead vocals, but definitely does a good job playing and singing.
(Probably not the best video example either, but it was a quick search.)
