I would be a little bit more irritated if it was more than 5 minutes of their time, but this was just funny. Even the officers were laughing and shaking their heads as they left.

That's pretty funny... and it warms my heart that the guy didn't end up face down on the sidewalk getting searched. Some good policin' there.
I had two friends get busted for tagging when we had just turned 18. Cop was pretty cool though, he said to them "Hey guys, looks good, looks damn good, unfortunately it's kind of illegal."
I still see their tags from time to time in town.
