I'll be the big dude with a beard there with the Nuthin' But A Z Thang 1976 Datsun 280Z. I'll probably be zipping around on my chrome BMX taking pictures.
Only issue with the Lemons weekend is that it's $30 to get in the door. That covers the whole weekend though!
While searching for parts for the Molvo, I met a guy just down the street who goes by the name of "Mustang". It fits, trust me.
In the time that I have known him, he has gone through about six automotive projects. Never finished one since he always deals them off in some weird complicated trade. The 69 with the Coyote drivetrain, 95 dash and IRS only needed the clutch bled and it would have been driveable, but he got distracted.
Bought a 89 squarebody shell and put it all together with eibach suspension and cobra brakes. Drove it around the block and sold the shell so he had to take it all apart.
We wont even mention the chopped 49 Merch custom that was going on a CASCAR chassis.
Here is the latest. This was a moving car when it showed up.
There IS a plan. It involves a 4 cam mod motor and a blower. And crown vic front suspension. Maybe beer.

Dean, Todd, SilverFleet, and Stu67tiger (who mostly posts on the CMS board) are in nearby MA, as well as a few others it appears. Sounds like we need a Southeastern New England get-together at a local watering hole, or meet up at an event at Thompson and make a party of it ...including any other ne'er-do-wells you know with similar interests who don't post here yet!If anyone is around this weekend, Thompson is hosting the 24 Hours of Lemons. I'll be there with the team.
I'll be visiting Sonic and Co. (of Three Pedal Mafia) at Thompson this Saturday, if all goes to plan.
And yes, Chris/mazda605 is an absolute sweetheart. I still need to hang with him again at some point.
You'll need to log in to post.
