My dad came to seattle and I'm taking him to http://www.fendersonfrontstreet.com/ then XXX Rootbeer(a 50's diner not what you were thinking), and then snoqualmie falls.
I also made a really cool hunting knife for him. I used this blade kit and some walnut for the handle. I learned that knife making with hand tools is kinda tough. I'll post a project thread soon.
Ohh and.. Kid 3 is on the way. After the miscarriage my wife and I tried one more time. 9/26 is the due date. Three kids.. Ohhh geez I'm poor.

Three of my five brothers and I got together and brought our 83 year old Dad to a car show down town. Diverse stuff took four blocks, coupla dogs; not a bad day.
