Yeah that would have another number in front of the price tag it out here. Astonishing.

Seriously. That's a 20 mil house in a lot of California. Probably 10 mil around here.
It's hard to wrap my head around how much that would cost by me...into the tens of millions, for sure.

Alright, I'll take a week in the depths of Winter.

The Biltmore Estate in Asheville, NC has no garage.
And 5 mil in NYC: http://www.luxuryrealestate.com/residential/2071299-new-york-new-york-united-states#2
2325 sq ft...
I drive past that all the time. You can see nothing from the road. I'll look more closely next time.
In general, that road has some cool properties.
i guess i could live in delaware, but i would hate being that close to columbus. needs more garage pics.
I get why house listings don't show garages, they are rarely attractive and most people just don't care, but the place was basically bought by racing/car parts income and owned by someone I would assume is a pretty big car guy, so why not show the garage? It's probably awesome, right? I'm not near as 'car guy' as many of you here, but if I had 5 mil to blow on the house you can be sure the garage would be drool worthy.

I've never understood why people will pay more to live in what was and will return to being, a desert.
Forget California, around me in SE Michigan $5m will get a similar size house, but only a total of 3-4 garage spaces and on less than 1 acre.
Needs more Rallycross course. I'm a fan of the large pond though. I don't fish or golf often, but have said that having 3-4 greens and tee boxes set up as a few par 3 holes and having a water trap filled with brim, sunfish and bass, would make for a relaxing way to spend spring and summer evenings after work.
