2013 pathfinder. How bad? Immediate seal damage? Or NBD?

No idea, but I have been using mobil synthetic ATF as PS fluid for a decade in several cars without issue.

Needed coolant for the prius yesterday, now I have  3 different antifreezes to stock, GM, suby and toyota.  I asked if I put suby fluid in the toyota would make it start leaking oil and blow a head gasket.

I highly doubt that will be an issue.

People ran into trouble with the Lexus LS series cars because they use ATF and people would ignorantly top up with PS fluid and make their problem a lot worse.
