Am I the only guy that can't see the "awesome-ness" in having Lambo Doors on your car?
Does your skill set lie in installing these?
Do you want to live in sunny So-Cal?

Thats about what I was thinking.
I think they are superior for parking. No more dinged doors... at least ones that you cause.
Plus, doors go up, panties go down.

Yep quite practical for that. Only reasons I don't put them on my Toyota are because the system is heavy as hell, and now that ricers love them, there's no way to get away from how ricey they look.

I know a guy who has them on his Sky partly for this reason. His garage is so small that with two cars inside (the other being his wife's MINI), opening the doors was a problem.
I always through sliding doors would be cool on a car. If they slid back, like on old mail jeeps, you could cruise with them open

You can haz this though:
I believe it was featured recently in some obscure automotive rag.
In reply to pete240z:
Back when it was done on the Alfa Carabo show car (before the Lamborghini) it was surmised that most cars woudl have them in teh future, as they were so practical in parking lots and on the side of the road (no opening doors into traffic).
My only issue with lambo door kits is the door still has to go out a few inches before it can go up. If it is designed to swing strait up in the first place it wouldn't be bad.

Try them in a parking garage with a low ceiling. As far as the panties go, only if your local teenage ricer wears panties.
