Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, The Producers(1968), in that order.
Have not seen History, High Anxiety, Silent Movie, or The Producers(2005)
As a kid, I liked Spaceballs and Men in Tights. Now, I just can't watch those anymore. Or any strait up parody since Scary Movie 2

As many as they had of people of color on the Jetsons
HotWpt1 was pretty good, but still not up to the level of Blazing Saddles. BTW: my 'special edition' DVD includes the pilot for the TV series. It woulda sucked. I also learned that Richard Pryor was one of the writers, which explains a lot.

Blazing Saddles ... for me it's not only the best Mel Brooks movie, it's the best MOVIE of all time ...
I agree on Blazing Saddles being his best. It's really a shame that Cleavon Little (the sheriff) never really did much afterwards

I will amend my earlier list. I had forgotten about the original Producers, which is way better than the newer one. It is better than Spaceballs. I think a lot of it is the power of Gene Wilder. I bet History would more up to slot 2 if Gene Wilder had been in it.
- Blazing Saddles
- Young Frankenstein
- History of the World: Pt. 1
- The Producers (1968)
- everything else
