I like superchargers...
Unless he used multiple, that was a forgone conclusion. M90 is enough air for engines with 3.8 displacement to pull like 5.0s.
IIRC, with 90 cfm per revolution you are now at roughly what a 5 liter inhales.

Theres a guy on YouTube that put a lawn mower carb on his 302 maverick and it ran surprisingly well and got good mileage. Cant remember the channel name though. It's worth a watch.
Edit: I found the channel, it's called thunderhead289.

Funny? When buying batteries or tires I JOKE and tell the guy to skip the recycling/return fee as I'm just going to toss the battery into a creek by my house. Usually I get a lecture.

I was thinking the same thing. Even if those are the big boy 48s, they can't support more than 500 without a miracle. Looks cool though. A side draft is about the sexiest thing one can expect to find under a hood. Even more so if it's attached to a turbo and feeding a pair of triangles.
If if it's a 302, the carbs aren't the part holding back the horsepower.
It's an LS. The SUPERCHARGERS are probably a restriction
I remember Richard Holdener testing the idea of "Junkyards are full of Eaton M90s and 5.3Ls, let's combine them." The 5.3L made less power with the Eaton blower than naturally aspirated, because the M90 was just an inlet restriction.
So he was shocked an incorrectly sized supercharger didn't work?

They probably deal with way more people who actually do that.
