The old time hockey ones are Slap Shot, which is not only the best Sports movie of all time, it also happens to be the best Paul Newman movie of all time.
Yeah, I recognized Slap Shot. My parents and their hilarious (but somewhat crude) friend took me to it when it came out. I was maybe 8? 10?
