Absolutely agree. Even in the US, Portland, Milwaukee, Kansas City, Cleveland... Hell, give Connecticut another shot. Meanwhile, Atlanta has had two NHL franchises and scared both away to Canada, yet they're in talks for another. Prepostorous. 

Good luck getting Bettman to agree to that though.
