How does that work? I mean, excrement doesn't hang around indefinitely. Is there periodic reporting on the status of previously reported fecal matter? And, do they differentiate between human leavings and animal? Who makes that determination?
Given a long enough time frame, that entire map would just be brown.

That stock block 5.0 Coyote had a crank put in it the night before.... at Cleetus' shop.
Also, the SMX hasn't broken while he's had it. They had some weird metal shavings in the oil filter that were traced back to excessive charge pressure on the torque converter and was loading the thrust bearing. But it's never broken on him.
