A meme comparing Baltimore to a bombed out city is 100% a joke.  It's not suddenly "not a joke" and a "political statement" because it happened to have Joe Biden in it.The Meme is saying "baltimore is a E36 M3hole" not "Biden is a moron" unless someone feels the need to take it that way to prove a point, which you do for some reason.  You win 1000 internet points for the day, feel better?

I'll do the same thing without Biden so you can understand the joke.

I was pointing out the change from no politicians to only dead politicians might not be a good move. But lucky for society I don't have a dog and I'd put money on my kid nut punching you so all good.
