It's just such an unimaginative and tedious way to interact with people.

Everybody please stop. We don't have the bandwidth to delete memes all the time.

Just keep to memes without living politicians, okay? It's not that hard.

I find it too easy to get into internet pissing matches with people I do not know over issues I cannot change. Psychologically an online argument is not too different from letting someone into your lane in traffic. Since I decided I was prone to this behavior I reviewed my social media use and came to the conclusion that I used them more to voice my pointless opinion than to keep up socially, so I dropped them all. I like GRM because this forum does a great job of weeding out the bad stuff and keeping us all pleasant and social. So if you are insisting on pushing a point in a meme thread on a sports car site where you may never meet the other contributors, you may want to reflect on just what you might gain personally if you do eventually win.

What about politicians that are mostly dead?  Might they be permissible?
