I've seen an odd episode or three of each but I've developed no affiliation. It looks like Netflix has both available. I am thinking of starting to watch whichever series is better. So, you guys fight it out for me.

Addams Family all the way.
Munsters seemed too corny even when I was 10.
Munsters has cooler cars though.
When I was a kid, I always felt like the Munsters were just too silly and pandering to a kid audience. I love the Addams Family. As an adult, I'm not so sure, since I like the Munster's cars and Fred Gwynne is totally awesome.
Morticia Addams is way cuter than Lily Munster. That's also important to a 13 year old boy. Err, and a 36 year old "man" too I guess.
I was in love with the Munsters when I was a kid.
Addams Family is a classic too, and probably more universally popular for a reason, but my vote is for the Munsters.

+1
Morticia Addams was lovely

This. Munsters is a low-brow imitation of the Addams Family. Addams family meets The Honeymooners. However, the episodes with the various rods are definitely worth watching.

Gorgeous!
Addams. The Munsters were decent, and they had the cars, but the humor was far more subtle in Addams, and a lot... darker and not so much about "hey look its a werewolf and a frankenstein and a vampire and and and" all living in a house. Too much Universals Movie Monsters for me to take it seriously.

Same here. I thought Morticia was hot. But Yvonne De Carlo was originally the sex symbol.
I have to give the nod to Munsters based soley on the cars.

Werewolf? Who was a werewolf? Not talking about Eddie, are you?

Lily used to tell him to "brush your fangs and wash behind your ear points" when she sent him to bed...
Addams Family is my favorite of the 2, but I watched them both. I would like to have the Addams Family set. I may look for it.
Gomez's economic skillz fit right in with our current stock market. Buy at 200 sell at 1. Think of the money you saved in taxes.
The Musters is cheesy and goofy, and the last time I watched an episode I found much of the humor dated.
The Addams family is still funny to me.

Lily was by far the better looking woman, but she was 10 years older than Morticia.

Neither of them could hold a candle to the Catwoman.
