Looks like some kind of sand drag racing ATV, if I had to guess. Looks like it has one of those old 3 cylinder 2 stroke Suzuki's on it or something. I know one thing, I wouldn't want to be riding it when that spear shaped thingy on the front digs in!

It's a sand drag vehicle. The big paddle tires hook up so well that the pointy thing out front digs in like a slot car to keep the front end down.
