High Wing spoiler on C8 Corvettes looks aftermarket to me as does the dual spoilers on the Merkur XR4ti.

It's been 50 years since I've owned a Rover but the 3500s (v8) had the scoops and the 2000TC (4 cyl) didn't. (at least in the US)
the 4 single LEDs that Porsche uses as Daytime Running Lights inside the Headlamps - to me, this looks like an electronic nerd just added them where he found space.
..apparently, there is some thought behind it:

I still hate it
The older gen 300ZX Turbos had that gorgeous hood scoop:
The StarQuests had a bevy of options that looked after market. Hood scoops/vents (rare as eff), that "razorback" rear window thing, and the rally-lookin' wing (also ultra rare):
Nevermind the wheels. It won't post the razorback louvers but they're easy enough to Google. Never liked them very much but they're worth their weight in gold to the owners.
WOW! I didn't realize there were so many things that look aftermarket. Most of them look pretty good. Well, except the Honda Aztek (CTR). That thing just looks terrible.

Wait this is factory. There is one around town and I always assumed it was an aftermarket paint job.

Surprisingly, yes. That's a TC Release Series 9.0.
I actually like the whole "Release Series" concept. Breaks things up from the standard models, for better or worse. They even did them on the FR-S!

But... you know that trend started with a production vehicle, right?
There's a reason they're called Altezza tail lights, after the Toyota Altezza, or Lexus IS.

Don't think I realized it was factory, either. It reminds me of the people who live in areas where the clearcoat tends to delaminate/fade due to sun/heat, and they paint the top part of the car while leaving the sides the original color.
Around 1995 or shortly after I bought the car on the right, leaving a bar one night I overheard a comment, that my friend will never let me forget. Nice Escort!
This pic doesnt show the flat trunk and big wang.

These early year, factory Mazda5 tail lamps were the most-Altezza like:

I saw a really clean Sport Trac on the road the other day and it strikingly resembles the new Ford Maverick, especially from the rear.

Not sure about width, but the Maverick actually has a bigger bed than the Sport Track.
I do not know about looking aftermarket, but I keep getting questions about "what exhaust" do I have on my Abarth. I don't think they believe me when I tell them it is stock.
