What exactly does that mean? Would an O&M manual for appliances fall into this category, or am I way off? What kind of stuff do you write?

Currently I write the Operation and Calibration/Troubleshooting manuals for Greer. So I take the pics, very basic photoshop work, use Illustrator to make.........uhh illustrations.

I'm also currently developing a system to use our new publishing software as a basic Content Management System so I can take advantage of single sourcing content.

I'm also about to take over all the mechanical manuals for our company as well.
