Visited the outer banks Wally World, left with another Porsche for me and the Fast and Furious posted above set for a buddy.
I’ll be interested to see what else comes out of this partnership with Emory Motorsports.

Snagged a blue 91 Miata after not seeing them for months. Go figure the grocery store I was at had two of the blue Miata.
What are you guys doing for storage container wise? I'd like to put them in some sort of display case and I'm okay with taking them out of the packaging.
Nothing fancy--I have a mix of old matchbox, newer hot wheels and some clear craft cases from amazon.
I did find these guys today. I have doubles of them so theses are my opened ones from the Fast and Furious "full throttle" set. Dom's RX7 from the first movie and the Plymoth GTX...from what ever movie

I like this idea.
July has been good pickings at the grocery store. My favorite finds this month are the Greenwood Corvette, widebody Maverick with flames, Hudson Hornet, and gold 944. The Baja racer Pacifica is pretty cool too.
Scored last week one red miata, two cyclones and 2 party vans. Their were about 6 vans, but I didn't want to be that guy who hoards and not let other people find them.
Found this today at Target. It's a nice little model, but the scale seems a bit bigger than most other Hotwheels/Matchbox cars.

They make the casting to wheel/tire size. Great looking casting though
Weird. So a small car with a small wheel/tire ends up actually being bigger in some cases?

Pretty much, that's why the Porsche 356 is is the same size as the T1 Transport.
Went to Dollar General for Foam board. Came home with 3 of these. Where is my green and black model paint?
Sorry, not a hot wheels "score", but a life one. My 18 year old son bought me a nissan fairlady from wally world. I was there later that day and bought the same car for him!. I think I "scored" in the son department.
I finally found an Escort Cosworth, and I can’t complain about its friends.
I don’t love the shiny green rims though so I grabbed this S2000 for potential wheel swap purposes.

Ironically, the "rimz" would actually look decent on the S2000.
(Note: "rims" are spelled with a "z" when they are green. Don't ask why, it's the law)
