I've seen some horror story about Rock Auto parts and their return policy but I have no complaints.

I ordered a LPFP for my MINI and it came pretty quickly.  I looked at it in the box , took the pump out of the box but left it in the plastic bag.  It was two weeks before I got around to opening the bag and getting the pump out.  When I took it out I saw that the bracket for fuel level lever was broken.  Went through the return procedure following it to the letter and it was smooth as - well as Amazon!  I found the damaged part on Monday, sent it off via Fed Ex on Tuesday, got my refund today.

Note to all - keep the manufacturers box!  I don't usually keep boxes but I did keep this one and was able to use it for the return.

Yup.

I replaced a transfer case on the wife unit's Suburban last year and the shipping / core return process couldn't have been easier.

I've only had to do it once. I ordered a seal, they sent the wrong one. The part numbers were one digit off from each other. They sent me the correct one quickly, and told me to keep the wrong one. I was happy with the process. I've never bought anything from them with a core return because I didn't want to bother with shipping.

In reply to gearheadmb :

Shipping was less than the core, they give you a pre-filled waybill, just drop it off at your local depot.
