It wasn't directed at any one person in particular. Actually when I read through a thread I don't typically pay much attention to who is writing the individual posts. It just bugs me when threads that don't start out with any political leaning (which is how this one seemed to me) get turned into a political soap box. I haven't spent a lot of time on snopes, but I've seen them post things that make both sides look good, and both sides look bad.
Now that I read back through my original post I will concede that I definitely used a few too many berks.

Im redacting. I was having a bad day at work and kind of flew off the handle. My post wasnt pointed at any one in particular, but if you thought it was i apologize.
All that we ask is that we all be excellent to each other on the forums.
Funny thing. I might have gone on the site once or twice years ago but forgot it existed until a few weeks ago when it appeared at the top of the search results. They basically debunked a story then proceeded to provide a transcript that refuted their debunking.
Pretty amateurish political hackery that I get enough of at work.

I thought it was just me thinking Snopes was becoming a little biased. I quit reading their tweets because of this. If they stayed out of politics, I'd still be interested.
Check out James D. Agresti. His credibility and political orientation was questioned recently and he responded on his 'daily' page. I like his multiple choice questions.

I was a Snopes regular until, I too, noticed the agenda in answers given, they lost a regular visitor in one swoop
