That's sick, all the egss were broke.

This afternoon , while sitting on my front porch. Two little girls, probaly 8 or 9 came by. They had a box of sidewalk chalk and asked if they could draw on the side walk. i said sure. After they left, I took a look. "Happy easter "with a smilely face and a "you rock". Made my day, since it was the only easter greeting I got.

That would make my day too. I've been met by a whole bunch of people telling me that all religion is a hoax when I told them I was going to church this morning. Don't know why they never told me that every previous Sunday I've been going to church. Guess thats what I get for being the only non-jew, non-athiest that didn't go home for Easter.

Gotta admit..Easter ain't my favorite holiday. I work most weekends, and have a little list in the back of my head of places that are open (mostly real food, I try not to hit "fast food" places ever) on Sundays. Then, Easter comes, and they're closed too. And since the date's based on the lunar calendar, it seems to be a different day (and even a different week!) every year. I work most holidays, too..but it's easier to remember that "..there won't be anything open on Dec. 25!.." than it is to calculate that there won't be anything open on "..the first Blue Moon in the Northern Hemisphere in an El Nino year..".

Worked out pretty good this year, tho..starved at work all day, but SHMBO got invited to a barbecue the boarder's parents were having. I came home to a very large portion of beef ribs! Mmmmmm.
