A Mexican famous for being the world's fattest man was able to consummate his marriage after friends built him a "sex ramp", according to reports.
Manuel Uribe, 43, who once weighed more than 570kg but has slimmed down to about 300kg, married Claudia Solis - a friend's widow - last month.
Mr Uribe attended the ceremony on a flatbed truck, but the rest of the wedding night did not go so smoothly, the UK's Daily Star reported.
"So pals constructed a three-foot ramp, reinforced with concrete, allowing him to raise the lower half of his body," the newspaper said.
This allowed greater access to his private parts.
"We have finally had sex and we are a true couple in the eyes of God," Mr Uribe told the newspaper.
"We feel like we are in heaven here on Earth."
