Well it goes to show that no medical procedure is without some risk. I'm glad you are doing better now. One good thing is you now know you have a small in your lung that needs to be looked at. I don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, but we have had folks die here after minor medical procedures, including colonoscopies.
Aaaaaaaaaand, now I've got a blood clot in my arm from the IV...
Dude this is terrible. Glad you decided to call 911 and make sure you are getting taken care of.

Wow, I missed this when you posted it. That was a horrible experience and I'm glad you're recovering.
I second the various recommendations that you find a new GI.
I just had mine today. Hope my recovery isn't quite such an adventure.
