Analysis of Herman Cain's harassment scandal.
Gingrich takes 1.6 mil from Freddie Mac.
Gingrich committed adultery 3 times.
Article from the Daily Beast on why Conservatives are ok with these hypocritical stances.
"Baseless?" You have information the rest of us don't? I'll tell you why I suspect they're true if you tell me how you know they're not.
In reply to ThePhranc:
On top of the Cain allegations are settlements, decent sized settlements, not nuisance sized settlements.
You ever think that's because if it gets dragged out, it ruins his name?
I just had a very good friend of mine lose his job with the school district cause they came after him with allegations that he changed the transcripts of two students so they could go back to regular school. When they found out he wasn't actually still the principal at the time this went down, lo and behold, a charge of sexual harassment THE VERY NEXT DAY.

And when it comes to public image, this all matters. We are not a court looking for proof beyond a reasonable doubt.
just so we're clear- you think that those 2 Daily Beast links come from an unbiased source? also, that ABCNews link, same thing..
Payouts mean nothing, corporate America is full of them. It is standard practice when letting someone go in a variety of situations. The fact that he made a financial settlement with a woman is no indication of guilt to me at all.
And I don't believe the Flounder picture at all. That logo was photoshopped onto that hat!

I have serious problems with any politician preaching values to me. They're in the governing department, not the being my mother department.

A month's pay is getting rid of someone. A year's pay is buying someone off.
I am always amazed at how far people will go to not believe things like this. It was just as bad during the Clinton era.

Legislating morality really sells in the bible belt - I'm not sure the people for whom that message resonates care that the candidates declared moral bankruptcy. Only that they can enforce it on the rest of us.

Yeah. Right............
That's really different from those who preach tolerance and acceptance.

Well, tolerance and acceptance and legislated morality are both approaches for harmonic society... otherwise I fail to see the similarities.
I'll take tolerance and acceptance though since it does not usually come with more ways to put me in jail for my thoughts.
