You are not the only one to notice this. Like you, I am a 32x32. The last pair of wrangler cargo pants that I buy for work actually had elastic built into the fabric!?! It's the same pants I buy all the time, now they have gone all stretchy. Like Weary, I am just under 6 foot and just under 190 pounds, it's become a hard size to fit for some reason.
