Its obviously the starter.
Walk around the car twice, honk the horn three times, get a screwdriver, tap the distributor cap two times and blow on the battery terminals. Should start fine without the noise.

Sounds like a rusty piston return spring, to me. Gonna have to drain the oil, and pour some sand in the intake. Start the car up, let it run til it stops. Spring should be polished at that point, so you can refill fluids at that point.
Have you checked your oil? Take the oil cap off and pour oil in until you can touch it with your pinkie. It may take a case or two of oil. People always for get to do this at Jiffy lube.

I am glad he made it out alive...
I just deleted him....the other thread he created was obviously a canoe. Leaving this thread because the bad answers make me smile.

A motorboat is a self-propelled watercraft.
Something tells me he is a paddler.
the miata is still making squeaking noises when I turn left. Sound like brakes but I just replaced the pads, rotors, sliders, and hub/bearing assembly.

It probably needs an LSx.

Because I couldn't hear the squeaking from the front with all the squealing from the rear tires ?
No, it's squeaking out front because you need to adjust the suspension preload by adding a little weight over the front wheels in the form of a v8.
What in the hell are you people talking about? Don't you know anything?
It's obviously the discombobulator. It's rattling where it attaches to the fluxomasticator. The bolt holding the discombobulator needs to be removed, the hole in the fluxomasticator drilled 2.5 sizes larger and the bolt reinstalled with wonder goo. Make sure you get the red can. The green can is for grass installation only.
No, no, no. Dummy.
Discombobulator bolts do NOT squeal or rattle when they go bad, they hum. It's quite obviously a problem where the weeblin' pin connects to the wobblin' shaft, THAT will squeal. You should have known. But nooooo, you had to go disseminating bad information on the int3rw3bs. Which we all know is infallible.
LSx is NOT the answer to this problem, boosted rotary IS.
