Selling high end shop tools for a friend, all of them

A good friend of mine who was a collision tech for 35+ years has asked me to liquidate ALL of his tools. Due to weird life issues he started from scratch with no tools about 6-7 years ago and built a massive collection of tools used primarily for collision work but as a tool junky he also bought other tools just because. Almost all the tools came off of the Snap-On, Matco, Cornwell, and Mac tool trucks.

There are enough tools to open a body shop other than a frame rack, paint booth,  & compressor. If anyone is interested or knows someone interested in opening a shop or fulfilling a life long dream of having a home shop with tools galore let me know. Someone could fly here, buy all the tools, rent a truck, and drive back home saving who knows how much? I'd guess at least $10,000.00 saved just on two welders and the AC machine. Matco D260, Snap on resistance welder, Matco ACH798 RRR. 

Meanwhile I'm loading Craigs List with heavy awkward items like the AC machine, 220 Mig welders, resistance welders, and other big items like a Snap-On popcorn machine. Smaller easily shippable items I'm putting on ebay but there's just sooooo many, it'll take months. And I'd rather be doing other things.

Any suggestions appreciated. If you've been wanting a certain tool just ask, might have it. Low ball offers won't offend me and I'll pass them along but this isn't a fire sale. He needs to get as much as he can back out of the tools since he hasn't won the lottery. I know it'd be great if I could post an inventory but that just isn't possible.

To give you an idea of the type of tool guy he was,  the pic below is of the last group of boxes that got sold and the sections are 6 1/2' wide. All boxes are gone. Have all kinds of stands,  battery tools, air tools, lights, hand tools, porta power, Power Probes, scanners, and on and on. Need a Matco dartboard? How about a Snap-on microwave?

Nope sorry, I use one at the machine shop but he really wouldn't need one doing collision work on new cars here in FL. He does have a lot of weird tools though so don't let that stop anyone from asking about something. Can I interest you in a Blue Point 36" bolt cutter? How about a 42" pipe wrench? Powerprobe Hook? Hutchins air boards? Welding helmets? Mac tools Pro Spot + with bluetooth?

Hope not! Cause, ya know, I have to be sure it functions before selling it. It's about 20 X 20 X 30"  and looks like something that should be on the counter in a movie theater.

For those who always wish they had a bigger better pry bar, how about a 4' 10" Matco?

Ha! There's probably a box of them in the pile somewhere!

Anyone need a fluid line clamp set? This one is brand new like many other tools in the boxes. Some tools used only once or twice. While some buy tools when they need them he would buy tools in case he needed them eventually to save time should the need arise.

Anyone in S FL need a rotisserie? Used for the one car which is mine. He was going to use it while restoring his 70 Buick Wildcat but that's not going to happen. Rotisserie comes with larger diameter tubular wheel upgrade, GM F body adapters, and conv door braces. Anyone interested in a '70 Wildcat?

Impact extensions are all sold. No cordless wrenches or impacts left but do have other battery tools like body saws, drills etc. 

Extension sets are all high quality stuff so 50.00 -150.00 per set.  Have 1/4" ,  3/8",  and 1/2" some wobble and some locking. Certain set you're looking for?

Do you have any sheet metal cutting tools, pneumatic nibbler or scissor style.  Can't think of anything else that is shippable.  

Spool gun for a miller?

No cutting tools left but if you do sheet metal work there's panel flanger/punch if you're interested. I got him to start listing stuff himself on Offer Up so if you use this link you can keep checking on items as he continues listing them. There is a spool gun, will check compatibility because I don't know anything about it.

There is a Snap On liquid cooled resistance welder model YA 22355. It's a serious welder requiring 60 AMP single stage 220V.

AC machine sold a few weeks ago. Liquid cooled resistance welder is 60 amp single phase 220V. Comes with 3 sets of welding contacts, wasn't used much because he took a job in a shop shortly after he purchased the welder that had a different resistance welder and the new shop didn't have 60 amp service. Excellent condition
