Two racetracks I raced on most.
Grattan Raceway
Gingerman Raceway
Both very small. Gingerman is maybe a bit too short.

You don't need the whole car pack. You only need this car.
New Revised NB Miata (Toe Fixed)
I don't know if we will have time to get liverys sorted before the race tonight. Even if Air gets them all made up I think everyone will have to then down load them and install them.
I will still have to assign them in the server and then do a server restart. Not that big a deal on my end.
The Molar Express is in the house!
I have 15 liveries ready, which should be enough! Some are generic and some are specific to drivers (historic). I just need it figure out how to make an installer for them without reloading the entire pack!
I should be able to do it with folder structure but I am not sure how it will know it is a car (and not a track)
OK, the livery pack is up with the car pack. I tested it and it should install fine in CM once the car pack is installed. It comes up as a bunch of individual liveries when you install. If someone else can test it, that would be great, mmmkay...
Dean, if you can't tell in the server, I will guide you as to which car is assigned to each driver there are a bunch of unassigned ones in there you can randomly assign (I think there are 16 total liveries). Can you see Driver Name, or Car number in the server when you pick? Or is it just the small icon?
I can update the driver names once they are assigned. People can update again if they want, but as long as I have them, they will update on the previews.

Unfortunately, it looks like neither of those are currently available for AC, which is a bit surprising since they seem like reasonably popular tracks (but maybe a bit small for what most drive in AC).
Cool. If you want to peak through them and pick one, you can. If you roll over the thumbnails in CM it will tell you which ones have drivers already assigned. I was a bit rushed because I did want to do another one, but did not have time:
I won't be able to race tonight, so I'll leave what's there for others to choose for this week. If the big bird is ready for next week, I won't complain...

Match the car folder structure. I.E. download the miata. empty all the folders. Put your liveries in the right folders. Zip it back up. This will make sure CM installs it as an "update" to an existing car.
Yeah, that is what I did, and it did work (I just copied the car folder and deleted everything except the livery folder). I am just not sure how CM knows to look for the folder in the car folder and not the track folder since there is nothing else in there. In this case, there IS a folder of that exact name in one of those two locations, so maybe that is how it is figuring it out.
Once we have the assignments figured out, and update the liveries with the driver names, I can add the Big Bird car.

Great racing tonight everyone!!! I had some great racing in both races. I think this car is promising.
I think I ended up finishing last in the first race but it was one of the most fun races I have had in a long time. Yes I tangled with Air a couple times but we were racing for last place so testing the side impact structure a couple of times (for science) may have happened.
Oh. And a big thanks to Air!!! The livery's are great!!! They seem to work really well on these cars and look great!!!

Air definitely did a great job on the liveries!
Great racing on Wednesday. Close through most of the pack, just like real spec Miata. Great work on the car set. Is there a way to see all the liveries outside of the game? Just so I can get a good look and not be distracted hitting the back end of the other racers?

Mike, If you start the game in CM Manager and right click on the car bar under the pic on the right and from there you can right click to view the skins and from there you can go to the showroom tab below and view them up close
You'll need to log in to post.
